To prepare for the upcoming EU customs changes, we are updating our shipping arrangements for EU destinations from 22 October 2026.
A fixed €2 increase for tax included shipping
Rates for our EU tax included shipping lines will increase by €2 per parcel to cover customs duties paid on your behalf.
Once your shipping payment is complete, MYCNBOX will cover any additional customs duties subsequently assessed on that shipment. You will not need to pay customs duties again. If you receive a customs duty payment request, please contact us so we can arrange payment.
We handle the new product identification (PID) requirements
MYCNBOX and our logistics partners will jointly prepare and submit the required product identification information (PID). You do not need to obtain product codes or submit PID declarations yourself. Our experienced customs clearance team will coordinate the documentation required under the new rules.
Services without tax included are temporarily unavailable
We are temporarily suspending EU shipping options that do not include import taxes, including the relevant EMS and UPS services. We will reopen these options once EU customs authorities provide clear operational guidance on how recipients should pay the applicable charges under the new arrangements.
You can continue shipping with confidence
For customers using our EU tax included lines, the only change you need to make is to pay the additional €2 per parcel in shipping costs. No additional PID declaration or customs duty payment is required from you.
We will promptly announce any further customs policy changes and explain what they mean for your shipments.
