What is the cost of shopping from China?

The official help summary frames it as product price plus international shipping. Purchasing service and receiving/QC service are listed as 0 service fee, while value-added packing or payment handling costs may still apply.

When can I see QC photos?

After the seller ships and the item arrives at the warehouse, QC photos and package information are normally processed within 1 business day.

Can I change the international address after shipping?

Double-check the address before submitting a parcel. Official help warns that the address cannot be modified once the international package is shipped.

Where does a refund go?

Refunds are usually returned to the MyCNBox balance after the seller or platform completes the refund process.
